Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@shopatpaloma.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll help where we can if you reach out quickly.
