Shipping

We cannot control what happens once your package is handed to the carrier, as such Paloma cannot be held financially responsible for any loss, theft, or missed delivery. By completing your purchase, we will take that as your full & unreserved consent to these terms of sale.  

In the event of an error by Paloma, you will be reimbursed in full or a replacement sent free of charge.

You will receive an order confirmation within 24hours of placing your order. Our online store shares inventory with our physical storefront which may affect available inventory.
 
Shipping within Canada:

Free shipping over $100. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 
 
Shipping to the USA:

$25 flat fee for any shipment to the USA.  Duties are pre-paid by Paloma and will be deducted from refund if return is requested.

 
Shipping International:

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

International shipping comes with a $100 insurance and tracking number.
