We’re Hiring: Sales & Merchandising Associate

Paloma is looking for a warm, creative, and style-minded Sales & Merchandising Associate to join our growing boutique.

If you love fashion, home decor, visual merchandising, and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a strong eye for style and presentation, and takes pride in creating a beautiful retail environment.

Position Details

• Part-time: 2-3 days per week
• $25/hour
• must be available weekends 
• Staff discount
• Opportunity for growth within the business

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide thoughtful styling and product recommendations
• Create and maintain beautiful merchandising displays throughout the shop
• Restock and organize inventory
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Help keep the store looking inspiring, organized, and inviting
• Support day-to-day boutique operations

• Have an interest in marketing, newsletters, and brand storytelling
• Are excited by merchandising, buying, and product selection

• Comfortable working independently
• Passionate about customer service and creating exceptional shopping experiences
• Retail experience is an asset, but enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn are equally important
