We truly hope you love your new pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

In Store

  • Clothing & Shoes (full price): Exchange, refund or store credit within 10 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on.
  • Final Sale: Accessories, objects, skincare, intimates, sale and promo items.

Online

  • Clothing & Shoes (full price): Exchange, store credit, or refund. 
  • Final Sale: Accessories, objects, skincare, intimates, sale and promo items.

How It Works

  • Email us at info@shopatpaloma.com with your order number and preference (exchange, credit, or refund).
  • Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order, with tracking.
  • Exchange re-shipments are a flat $10.

  • We can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once shipped (signature delivery is recommended).
