The bestselling classic taper, the candle’s fine, pointed top has always made it unique – a distinctive feature from which it derives the elegant, slender look that distinguishes it as an ester & erik candle.

We offer the taper candles in two different heights, making it possible to vary the height of the candlelight to suit individual tastes.

The foot of the candle is conical in shape, which means that the candle fits most candle holders and pairs beautifully with our ester & erik  Candle Holders.

All candles are matte unless specified as lacquered for a shiny finish.

Materials:  100% pure fragrance-free paraffin wax and 100% cotton wick. 

Burning time:

32 cm: 8 hours

42 cm: 11 hours

Care: The candle is self-extinguishing, so the flame dies out 2-3 centimeters from the bottom (however, we recommend to never leave lit candles unattended). To ensure that the candle burns in the best possible way, we recommend keeping the wick short, placing candles a minimum 10 cm apart, and avoiding placing candles in direct sunlight.
